All for One HR Cloud Conversion Set is a comprehensive package of methodologies, services and tools that allow you to convert the SAP HR/HCM environment to SuccessFactors – quickly, safely and predictably, at a predetermined price.

The transition from SAP HR on-premise to SuccessFactors does not necessarily mean that all functions have to be implemented from scratch. Proven payroll mechanisms and historical employee data can be transferred efficiently to the cloud.

With All for One Poland ready-made solutions, migration activities can be significantly automated. This means lower project risk, shorter project duration, and the ability to focus on innovation and new cloud capabilities.

All for One HR Cloud Conversion Set allows organizations that use SAP HR/HCM:

  • to avoid the need to re-implement SAP Payroll

  • to transfer employee data with the history to Employee Central Payroll

All for One HR Cloud is a ready to operate HR system based on SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The All for One HR Cloud package allows you to run cloud-based HR system even in 3 months, on extremely favourable financial conditions.

All for One’s HR Cloud offer is designed for companies employing from several hundred to several thousand employees who want to carry out a digital HR change in the organization in a relatively short time and within a reasonable budget.

The result is the launch of a fully cloud and self-service HR platform based on the best world standards and solutions (SAP SuccessFactors).

All for One HR Cloud is available in two functional versions:

  • All for One HR Cloud Core (an HR and payroll system: SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll )
  • All for One HR Cloud All Inclusive (an HR and payroll system and other areas of SuccessFactors, including Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development)
