At All for One, we will engage experienced consultants already at the stage of the initial needs analysis – before you make the final decision to cooperate with us.

  • Analysis of information from the survey by our experts
  • In addition, we offer selected companies ERP Power Hour – an individual workshop session for company and project management

Based on the initial needs analysis, we recommend one of two approaches:

  • Implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the Private Cloud model, with a wide range of individual solutions (in this case, we carry out an in-depth analysis of needs at our expense, with the participation of expert consultants and your key users)
  • Implementation based on a selected industry package SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (using predefined processes, which translates into a significant reduction in the implementation project time)
  • We make you a binding offer for the implementation of S/4HANA in the selected approach
  • Final arrangements, signing the contract and … we start the implementation.
