Consent to the processing of personal data.

I consent to the processing of my personal data, including sharing my personal data with All for One Poland sp. z o.o.. (hereinafter: All for One Poland), other All for One Group companies and their customers, potential customers or business partners (hereinafter referred to as: Ordering Party) in order to present candidates for participation in projects. The data that you provide to us and that will not be considered redundant is processed. By accepting the application, I agree to the processing of my personal data by All for One Poland on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU Data Protection Regulation). Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the presentation of my candidacy.
The controller of personal data is All for One Poland sp. z o.o. (Złotniki, ul. Krzemowa 1, 62-002 Suchy Las). Any person who submits personal data has the right to access their data, the ability to rectify their data, request deletion or limitation of processing, and the right to data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent to processing. Withdrawal of consent is possible at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Each person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
Personal data will be stored until the consent to processing is withdrawn.
Personal data may be transferred to entities outside the European Economic Area. The ordering parties, to whom we share your personal data independently determine the purposes and methods of processing this data, without being subject to our instructions in this regard (they are separate controllers of your personal data). Therefore, we are not responsible for their actions and omissions.

Consent to the processing of personal data

Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 – the General Data Protection Regulation
The data controller is All for One Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Złotniki, ul. Krzemowa 1 62-002 Suchy Las. Contact data of the Data Protection Supervisor: iod@all-for-one.com.
Consent to data processing is voluntary, but necessary for contact. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
The data will be processed for the purposes stated above and until this consent is withdrawn, and access to the data will be granted only to selected persons who are duly authorised to process it.
Any person providing personal data shall have the right of access to and rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing and to the transfer of data, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing, the right to data transfer.
Every person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Personal data may be made available to other entities from the group that All for One Poland sp. z o.o. is part of – also located outside the European Economic Area, for marketing purposes. All for One Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
