Batch management
Assigning a unique number to each batch of material received or manufactured allows for accurate batch tracking at various stages of the logistics process (traceability)
Classification of materials and batches
It gives you the ability to control the characteristics of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products (such as date, color, concentration, etc.).
Expiration date management
Marking of products with expiration date. Expiration dates are recorded for specific lots.
Quality control according to HACCP standard
Inventory lock functions without quality control, quantity records of products submitted to inspection institutions. Using lot characteristics to determine quality class.
Pallet management
Handling the configuration (completion) of deliveries on pallets. Records of own and external pallets. Sale and rental of pallets.
Serial and process production, auxiliary production orders
Implementation of production processes using the serial and process production functions (production on a production line or installation, periodic cost accounting) or using the order production function (production of specific batches, on a production order, order cost settlement, the possibility of direct linking with the customer’s order).

Automatic calculation and settlement of deviations from the register prices of finished and semi-finished products. Settlement is made between the deviation accounts attributable to inventory and the cost of sales accounts with accuracy by material index.
Multi-level analysis of coverage margins
Profitability reports by cost coverage margins, with the ability to analyze individual products and profitability overall.
Analysis of discounts granted
Sales reports including the structure of discounts given.
Profitability in market segments
Profitability reports for any combination of product (e.g., product group) and customer (e.g., group, region, industry, etc.) related characteristics).

Lists of sales costs assigned to a sales representative and costs incurred by him.

Detailed analysis of the structure of marketing costs with the possibility of grouping.
