All for One KSeF Boldly Launched

According to the Ministry of Finance, about 35 million e-invoices were processed through KSeF in February 2026. During the same period, All for One KSeF handled 2.5 million documents, which means that as much as 7% of KSeF traffic nationwide flows through our platform. The solution has been working stably since the first day of the new regulations, and in the following weeks more clients are joining the system. As early as April, the number of platform users will increase by dozens of additional companies. And we are fully ready for the growing scale.

Work on a solution to support KSeF began in mid-2021 and was All for One’s direct response to the legal changes announced at the time. The Act of 29 October 2021 amending VAT regulations introduced the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), also referred to as the Central Register of Invoices (CRF), along with the possibility to issue structured invoices in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance.

For several thousand companies using SAP in Poland, the new regulations meant the need to integrate systems with KSeF and implement a mechanism for the electronic transmission of e-invoices via API. Sales documents should be generated in a mandatory XML format compatible with the MF schema and automatically transmitted to the KSeF system.

Preparing for the implementation of the National e-Invoicing System was a difficult and lengthy process for many companies. This was largely due to frequent legislative changes, ongoing updates to the structured invoice schema, and revisions to API technical documentation, all of which required companies to repeatedly adjust their financial and accounting systems, including SAP. In addition, the schedule for mandatory implementation was changed – the original deadline (July 2024) was canceled at the beginning of 2024, and the new start of the system was scheduled in stages for 2026.

In developing All for One KSeF, All for One’s experience in SAP standard extensions played a key role. All for One SAP Add-ons are proprietary extensions to SAP systems and turnkey solutions that enable organizations to quickly adapt their SAP environments to changing legal and business requirements. They are used by hundreds of companies in Poland and across international market.

In the context of the mandatory KSeF, we focused on providing companies with a stable and compliant way to handle e-invoicing. It was crucial for us to create a platform that enables the transmission of structured invoices to the National e-Invoicing System and integrates with multiple SAP versions as well as solutions from other vendors. At the same time, we ensured that the platform is fully compliant with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance, operates efficiently in demanding environments, and provides secure and predictable invoicing processes.

The All for One KSeF implementation program is a pioneering initiative of its kind at All for One Poland in terms of:

• the number of entities supported simultaneously, with more than 120 successful go-lives in a single day and dozens more scheduled for April;
• the number of people involved, cross-departmental collaboration and the scope of competencies (25+ project teams involving 100+ consultants across all departments of the company);
• the complexity of the solution architecture;
• the scale of the problems to be solved by teams at different stages of the project;
• the need to adapt the business model to the specific nature of KSeF-related services.

Such complex challenges, crowned by a successful launch and smooth operations from day one, most clearly demonstrated the teams’ potential and the strength of the entire organization.

Although the scale of this undertaking was unprecedented, All for One Poland had already been preparing – sometimes in rapid succession – add-ons to the SAP system in response to newly introduced reporting obligations. The first such product was All for One JPK, designed for generating the Standard Audit File for Tax. Other solutions included All for One Partner Checker (taxpayer white list) and All for One Split Payment (split payment support).

In April 2026, more of our customers joined KSeF. After the first months, the solution is working stably and provides smooth and uninterrupted communication between the systems of contractors issuing and receiving invoices via the National e-Invoicing System.
