All for One EasyExchangeRates is an SAP add-on that automates the transfer of current exchange rates directly from files provided by the National Bank of Poland, the ECB, and major foreign banks and currency services, while also allowing new exchange rate sources to be added with ease.

All for One EasyExchangeRates is available in two versions:

for SAP ECC/ERP version 6.0 or higher – automated retrieval of exchange rates from the NBP and the ECB
for S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition; S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition; S/4HANA on-prem – automated retrieval of exchange rates from the NBP, ECB, and key foreign banks and currency services, with the ability to easily add additional exchange rate sources

Additional banks and other currency exchange providers (if they provide data in XML, JSON, or CSV formats) can be quickly added using a simple, user-friendly configuration. The settings are made in the SAP Fiori environment and take only a few minutes. Testing is then carried out in a dedicated application, followed by scheduling automatic data processing.

Secure update of exchange rates in SAP

All for One EasyExchangeRates immediately reports any issues with data retrieval (e.g., a bank system failure) or data storage in SAP (e.g., a configuration change). Detailed logs are maintained for all import runs, and email notifications are sent to inform users about the success or failure of each update. In addition, a KPI tile in SAP Fiori displays the number of failed exchange rate updates over the past seven days, enabling continuous monitoring and control of the process.
