All for One KSeF boldly launched

According to the Ministry of Finance, about 35 million e-invoices passed through KSeF in February 2026. At the same time, All for One KSeF handled 2.5 million documents, which means that as much as 7% of KSeF traffic nationwide flows through our platform. The solution has been working stably since the first day of the new regulations, and in the following weeks more clients are joining the system – already in April the group of platform users will expand by dozens more companies. And we are fully ready for the growing scale.

The first work on a solution to support KSeF began in mid-2021 and was All for One’s direct response to the legal changes announced at the time. The October 29, 2021 law amending VAT regulations introduced the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), also referred to as the Central Register of Invoices (CRF), and the ability to issue structured invoices in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance.

For several thousand companies using SAP in Poland, the new regulations meant the need to integrate systems with KSeF and implement a mechanism for electronic transmission of e-invoices via API. Sales documents should be generated in a mandatory XML format compatible with the MF schema and automatically transferred to the KSeF system.

Preparing for the implementation of the National e-Invoicing System was a difficult and lengthy process for many companies. This was due to frequent legislative changes, subsequent updates to the structured invoice schema and API technical documentation, which required companies to repeatedly adjust their financial and accounting systems, including SAP. In addition, the schedule for mandatory implementation was changed – the original deadline (July 2024) was canceled at the beginning of 2024, and the new start of the system was set in stages for 2026.

In developing All for One KSeF, All for One’s experience in the area of SAP standard extensions played a huge role. All for One SAP Add-ons are proprietary extensions to SAP systems and turnkey solutions that enable you to quickly adapt your SAP environment to changing legal and business requirements, which are used by hundreds of companies in Poland and in international markets.

In the context of the mandatory KSeF, we focused on providing companies with a stable and compliant way to handle e-invoicing. It was crucial for us to create a platform that allows structured invoices to be sent to the National e-Invoicing System and its integration with multiple versions of SAP and solutions from other suppliers. At the same time, we made sure that
was fully compliant with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance, that it was highly efficient in demanding environments, and that the invoicing processes were secure and predictable.

The All for One KSeF implementation program is a pioneering effort of its kind by All for One Poland, in terms of:

• number of entities served at the same time (120+ successful production launches on one day, with dozens more ready for launch in April);
• the number of people involved, cross-functionality and the scope of competencies (25+ project teams involving 100+ consultants from all departments of the company);
• The complexity of the solution architecture;
• the scale of the problems to be solved, which the teams faced at different stages of their work;
• the need to adapt the business model to the specifics of KSeF-related services.

Such complex challenges topped with a successful launch and smooth operations from the first days most fully demonstrated the potential of the teams and the strength of the entire organization.

Although the scale of this undertaking was unprecedented, All for One Poland was already preparing – sometimes in rapid succession – add-ons to the SAP system in response to newly introduced reporting obligations. The first such product was All for One JPK for generating the Single Control File, others included All for One Partner Checker (taxpayer white list) and All for One Split Payment (split payment support).

In April 2026, more of our customers joined KSeF. After the first months, the solution is working stably and provides smooth and uninterrupted communication between the systems of contractors issuing and receiving invoices via the National e-Invoice System.
