All for One EasyExchangeRates does not require any additional software (e.g., SAP Market Rates Management) or external services (e.g., Refinitiv) to import exchange rates. Simply implement the tool to ensure automatic and regular updates in your SAP system.
All for One EasyExchangeRates offers ready-made, predefined integrations with various sources, including the National Bank of Poland (NBP), the European Central Bank (ECB), and major foreign banks and services (XE and providers from England, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, and Hungary).
Additional banks and other currency exchange providers (if they provide data in XML, JSON, or CSV formats) can be quickly added using a simple, user-friendly configuration. The settings are made in the SAP Fiori environment and take only a few minutes. Testing is then carried out in a dedicated application, followed by scheduling automatic data processing.
All for One EasyExchangeRates immediately reports any issues with data retrieval (e.g., a bank system failure) or data storage in SAP (e.g., a configuration change). Detailed logs are maintained for all import runs, and email notifications are sent to inform users about the success or failure of each update. In addition, a KPI tile in SAP Fiori displays the number of failed exchange rate updates over the past seven days, enabling continuous monitoring and control of the process.
