Ferrero Polska, a well-known sweets producer of such brands as Nutella, Raffaello, Kinder Bueno and Tic Tac is another BCC client to decide on a SAP solution that supports registering and settling business trips.
The BCC-implemented functionality (HR/FI-TV, Travel Management module) helps payroll and finance specialists. The solution helps to control travel costs, among others, by means of advanced analytical tools. The system supports a process of trip approval and makes travel cost settlement automatic. SAP automatically settles travel costs by the payroll and posts the related expenses collectively. The expenses may be recorded depending on their kind, reason (e.g. a given investment) or destination (Poland/abroad).
Ferrero will start using the new functionality in October.
BCC has a status of SAP dedicated partner for travel management functionality. The company has executed first implementations of this solution in Poland (for Volkswagen Poznań and an internal implementation in BCC) as well as an implementation for the largest production company in Poland, where the solution is used on a unique scale (managing more than 1,500 travels monthly).
