changes in the Management of All for One Poland

As of April 1, 2024

All for One Poland announces changes in its management – as of April 1, 2024, Michał Kunze has become the new President of the Management Board, replacing Bartłomiej Buszczak, who has managed the company since 2008. Furthermore, Piotr Adanowicz has taken up the position of Consulting and AMS Director and Member of the Management Board, and Wojciech Paczkowski has become Software Development Department Director.

“I am looking forward to co-creating the next chapter of All for One’s history," said Michal Kunze. “We will continue to implement innovative SAP solutions for business, provide maintenance for IT systems, IT security services, as well as deliver process digitalization solutions and custom software. Everything we do has one constant goal – to improve our customers’ businesses,” he added.

Michał Kunze has been with the company for 23 years. He started out as a developer and project manager, then managed the work of the Project Management Office team before heading the Software Development Department and the Consulting and AMS Department. He supervised dozens of SAP projects in more than a dozen countries around the world. At the same time, he actively developed the software area – both All for One’s proprietary products (e.g. BeeOffice or ECM) and tailor-made solutions (custom development).

Michael Zitz, Co-CEO of All for One Group comments: „Michał Kunze, an extremely experienced and capable manager, is taking over the management of All for One Poland. I am very pleased about this and look forward to working closely with Michał. Together, as a leading SAP partner, we will continue to boost the comprehensive digitalization and transformation of our Polish and international customers."

This brings to an end the 17-year mission of Bartłomiej Buszczak as the company’s head. For three months, from April 1 to June 30, as a Member of the Management Board, he will support Michał Kunze in taking over his duties and ensuring the smoothness of the company’s operations. “I decided it was time for new challenges, but I am proud of what we managed to achieve. I have been with the company since 1996 – practically from the very beginning of its operation as BCC. Together with the team, we built from scratch the brand of the largest Polish SAP implementation company, implementing ambitious IT projects for global clients. We continued its international adventure, first joining the SNP Group and then, in 2021, the All for One Group. Our company continues to grow, achieving revenue increases in successive years and expanding its team, which now includes more than 500 people. I know that the company is in excellent condition, and I entrust it to the experienced hands of my long-time colleagues," emphasized Bartłomiej Buszczak.

“Bartłomiej has developed All for One Poland into a strong and important national subsidiary that contributes significantly to our success as the global number 1 in the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. Bartłomiej has also strongly shaped our leading presence in the Polish SAP market. And he has always pursued a customer-first philosophy! I would like to thank him for his many years of tireless commitment and the always excellent cooperation, also with regard to the integration of All for One Poland into the Group.“ adds Michael Zitz.

Following the change in the position of president, All for One Poland has also made other important appointments to positions crucial for the company’s development. Piotr Adanowicz, who served as Business Development Manager in the Supply Chain area, has been appointed Consulting and Application Management Department Director and Member of the Management Board. In addition, the position of the Software Development Department Director has been taken over by the current Deputy Director of this department, Wojciech Paczkowski.
