All for One Group SE, a shareholder of All for One Poland, announced the signing of a Business Combination Agreement, in connection with a takeover offer submitted by VINCI Energies Deutschland Enterprise Solutions AcquiCo SE, a subsidiary of the French construction and concessions group VINCI S.A.
All for One Group SE, a shareholder of All for One Poland, announced the signing of a Business Combination Agreement, in connection with a takeover offer submitted by VINCI Energies Deutschland Enterprise Solutions AcquiCo SE, a subsidiary of the French construction and concessions group VINCI S.A.
The goal is to secure a strong international partner that will support the long-term growth of the All for One Group. VINCI Energies focuses on four business areas: industry, infrastructure, construction solutions, and ICT (information and communication technologies).
