Operation of the deposit return system in SAP

The deposit return system covers the return of glass packaging, PET bottles, and cans. This is one of the greatest regulatory and operational challenges for companies marketing beverages in returnable packaging. Manufacturers of beverages in the mentioned packages
distributors
retailers, including all stores over 200 sq. m. offering beverages in the listed packages and other stores that have joined the system

The deposit return system was introduced by Directive 2019/904 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on reducing the environmental impact of certain plastic products (the so-called SUP Directive). In Poland, the legal basis for the system is the amended Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste Management. (Act of November 21, 2024 on amending the Act on packaging and packaging waste management and some other acts).

As part of the services offered, All for One Poland provides, among other things:
