SAP HR implementation in ZOTT Polska

In March 2009, implementation of SAP payroll and HR solutions supported by BCC at Jogobella yoghurts producer was completed. SAP HR processes data of over 400 employees and 300 contractors.

The main purpose of the project which commenced in July 2008 was to facilitate work in the area of HR administration, payroll and work time management.

The SAP HR system has been integrated with the existing work time card readers used by ZOTT. An interesting solution prepared by BCC consultants specially for ZOTT Poland is the Work Time Card. In addition to storing information about the planned work time, the Card also records detailed information about the hours of actual work, medical leaves, holidays, overtime and other bonuses and can total the settled work time for a predefined period of time.

ZOTT Polska is another company who hired BCC, SAP HR Expert Partner, to support the implementation of the SAP HR system. BCC has successfully completed HR and payroll projects for the largest retailer group in Poland (Metro Group, owner of Real and Makro market chains) and the largest industrial manufacturer. Overall, more than 50 clients have already taken advantage of BCC’s support while implementing SAP HR. BCC is also a Dedicated SAP Partner to the food industry due to the largest experience in implementing SAP in the food sector in Poland.
