Hochland is implementing mySAP HR with BCC
Hochland, the cheese producer, together with BCC has started SAP implementation in human resources management. The project is going to involve about 900 employees in 3 plants in Poland.
The solution in mySAP HR, created for Hochland Polska, will support personnel administration, organizational structure management and settling payroll. The project is also going to cover time management and integrating mySAP HR with an external TR (time registration) system. The productive start of the system is scheduled for December.
The implementation is being carried out by the employees of Hochland Polska, specialists from Hochland headquarters in Germany and a team of BCC employees. BCC consultants are to take part in configuring and tests of the system, conducting training for employees of Hochland Polska and consulting in Polish legal characteristics in HR solutions. BCC is also going to assist Hochland employees in the system’s productive start.
Grzegorz Kozłowski, IT Manager in Hochland Polska, says: ‘We have expected our implementation partner to have experience in mySAP HR implementations that involved elements of corporate standards. Such projects have their own characteristics. That is also why we have chosen BCC”.
BCC has supported a few dozen mySAP HR projects, including some of the biggest in Poland (e.g. Metro Group). BCC has also conducted implementations based on mySAP HR corporate standards (e.g. in Kimball Electronics and the above-mentioned Metro group) as well as innovative, first in Poland implementations of numerous HR functionalities (e.g. travel management and SAP e-Recruiting). BCC has been implementing SAP HR solutions since they came to Poland and it has the status of SAP Expert Partner in mySAP HR solutions.
