This year we invited guests to Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan to find together the answer to the question: what about this HR? We talked about the directions of development of HR and payroll systems in the context of opportunities brought by artificial intelligence and possibilities of automation in HR processes. AI bots, digital employee documentation, improvements in recruitment, onboarding and time management, and the increasing degree of employee self-service are our answers to the changing labor market and demographics.
The coming into force of the Equality Directive (better known as the Pay Gap Directive) involves new reporting obligations, with implications for HR systems as well. Together with a specialist from Grant Thornton, we presented assumptions for developing a systemic implementation of these requirements, both from the formal and legal side, as well as handling in IT tools.
Ending support for SAP HCM raises questions about whether migrating to SAP SuccessFactors is the only way to go. Are there alternatives? Does postponing the decision to go to the cloud for HR pay off?
