We attended the SAP Executive Exchange 2026 conference

For years, SAP conferences have been a staple on the calendar for the entire SAP ecosystem, including customers and partners. It was a great pleasure for us to participate in this year’s SAP Executive Exchange as an Event Partner. The highlight of the evening for us was the presentation on Duna Polska’s transformation journey, which was recognized with an SAP Innovation Award.

The SAP Executive Exchange 2026 conference was held under the theme “Poland. The Heart of Europe. The Heart of Technology,” and the agenda included key topics for companies using SAP and their partners: digital transformation, artificial intelligence, modern data utilization, business resilience, and organizational development.

The common thread running through the discussions was not technology itself, but rather how it transforms business, helps create new ways of operating, and accelerates the gain of a competitive advantage.

At the annual SAP Innovation Awards gala, companies that carried out the boldest and most innovative projects using technology to transform their businesses were honored. Duna Polska was among the winners, receiving an SAP Innovation Awards Honorable Mention.

The award-winning project was the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. We were delighted to serve as a partner on this project. The scope of the project included as many as 17 companies, over 200 users, over 100 SAP Best Practices, more than a dozen integrations for key business processes, and two bots designed to streamline daily work.

Attendees at the gala had the opportunity to watch a Customer Story video showcasing the implementation process and collaboration with All for One Poland. The video tells the story of the project from the client team’s perspective, highlighting the various challenges and ideas—from the decisions that drove the change to the results of the new way of working with a system based on state-of-the-art cloud technologies.

In addition to presentations on technology and business, participants also had the opportunity to attend a discussion titled “A New Map of the World—The Geopolitics of Change and Its Local Consequences,” featuring special guests: President Aleksander Kwaśniewski and Aleksandra Kwaśniewska. After the conference portion, it was time for a musical interlude—an atmospheric concert by Kasia Stankiewicz.

We’re returning from Sopot, proud of our client’s success and with our heads full of ideas and topics for discussions about the future of SAP technology.
