All for One E-payslips is an extension of SAP standard, allowing to send information on remuneration via e-mail, while ensuring full confidentiality.
The idea is simple – to the e-mail inboxes of employees, who have given their consent, information about remuneration is sent automatically from SAP system once a month (or more often if there are additional payrolls in the company).
To the indicated e-mail account (no matter, whether it is an account in the corporate or private domain), the employee receives an e-mail with an attached PDF file that is encrypted.
This solution may be particularly useful in companies with a distributed organizational structure, where the payroll department provides the payroll services for the offices in different localizations, as well as in companies, in which work is organized in shift system and the employee working hours do not correspond to the working hours of the payroll department.
