This year we welcomed guests in Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan to jointly find the answer to the question: where is HR heading? We talked about the directions of development of HR and payroll systems in the context of opportunities created by artificial intelligence and possibilities for automation in HR processes. AI bots, digital employee documentation, improvements in recruitment, onboarding and time management, as well as an increasing level of employee self-service are our answers to the changing labor market and demographics.
The entry into force of the Equality Directive (better known as the Pay Gap Directive) entails new reporting obligations, with implications for HR systems as well. Together with a specialist from Grant Thornton, we presented assumptions for developing a systemic implementation of these requirements, both from a legal and regulatory perspective and in terms of their handling within IT tools.
The upcoming end of support for SAP HCM raises questions about whether migration to SAP SuccessFactors is the only path forward. Are there alternatives? Does postponing the decision to move HR to the cloud pay off?
