All for One Report Switch is a solution that allows you to share reports prepared in the ALV layout in the UI5/Fiori environment. The product enables the transfer of reports used by users in the previous solution (e.g. in SAP HR, SuccessFactors EC Payroll, as well as in SAP ECC/ERP or SAP S/4HANA e.g. in finance or logistics) to a new working environment in any application based on SAP Cloud Platform.
The solution can handle reports covering different areas of SAP, including HR, logistics, sales and distribution, and make them available in an attractive and user-friendly form of SAP Fiori application. The combination of usability of running SAP reports with a modern design offered by cloud applications allows to get an insight into selected data and previously developed lists not only by administrators and key users, but also by other employees of the company, in accordance with their rights.
Such approach allows to extend the reporting environment in new applications based on SAP cloud solutions while maintaining the visual consistency and simplicity of the interface users are used to.
The flexibility of the solution allows the implementation of SAP HR reports based on ALV result tables in the form of a standalone application – a tile in SuccessFactors or Fiori Launchpad, as well as additional functionality within the existing SAP Cloud Platform application.
